American yellow corn is used as raw material. After crushing the corn, it is added to reverse osmosis water and heated to 85 ° C to evaporate the sugar and starch. Then the hot mixture is fed into fermentation tanks, which are designed for temperatures up to 24 ° C. During fermentation, the yeast absorbs all sugars and starches. The first distillation takes place in a special copper boiler.
